Of course, I have to start by asking a few questions. Eveyone knows that too much of anything is not actually a good thing. But do you know how much is too much?
Let's take fat for example. Do you know what a daily limit is for saturated fat (that's the bad stuff), cholesterol or sodium? Are you aware of how much saturated fat was in your Valentine's Day dinner?
